Almost 10 days of zero active COVID-19 cases in Barbados

The isolation centres across Barbados reserved to cater to COVID-positive patients remain empty.

For the ninth consecutive day, the island continues to record zero active cases.

Barbados' last patients left isolation on June 26, 100 days after the country announced its first two positive cases on March 17.

To date, Barbados' tally of COVID-19 cases stands at 97. Of the 97, 53 were females and 44 were males. The ages of the COVID-positive patients were seven years old to 95 years old. There were seven COVID-related deaths recorded.
