The reported attacker, who allegedly struck in Logwood district in St Thomas, Jamaica on Tuesday, has been taken into custody by the police. Reports are that shortly after 7:00 a.m., the men got into an argument over the wood, with one contending that the other had stolen from him. Things took a violent turn, and one man allegedly used a chainsaw to cut the other in the belly. The badly injured man was taken to hospital, while the alleged attacker was taken into police custody. Up to late on Tuesday, while the police confirmed the incident, there was no clear indication of whether the injured man had survived the attack.
