Miss Jamaica advances to Miss World Top 40

Miss Jamaica Toni-Ann Singh will be joining the three other Caribbean delegates that booked their spots in the Top 40 at Miss World 2019.

Singh, 23, won the talent competition after her performance at the “Beauty with a Purpose” Gala Dinner in London.

The St Thomas native will get to perform her rendition of Whitney Houston’s “I Have Nothing” on coronation night, which is December 14.

Miss British Virgin Islands Rikkiya Brathwaite, who already booked her spot in the top 40, placed second in the competition.

A’yana Keshelle Phillips, Miss US Virgin Islands, also placed in the Top 27 of the competition.
