Police Commissioner Severin Moncherry returns from extensive vacation

Returning from an eight-month vacation leave, Police Commissioner Severin Moncherry says his plan is to revitalize the Royal Saint Lucia Police Force (RSLPF).

"I will continue with whatever plans that are there, I will have to review our strategic plans, our policies to ensure sure that we are able to serve members of the public effectively and efficiently.

In addition to that, additional plans include changing and improving the morale throughout the department.

"One of the areas I want to continue working on is to restore public confidence within the organization and also to boost morale and motivate the men I have working with me," Moncherry declared.

Moncherry says he is well rested and fully rejuvenated following the extensive vacation and has assured the Saint Lucian public that he is ready for the task ahead in leading the RSLPF.
