Venezuelan toddler falls from second floor of Trinidad home

Police are investigating after a toddler, who was said to be the son of Venezuelan nationals, fell from the second floor of a Princes Town, Trinidad home.
According to initial reports, ten-month-old Javier Castillo was playing with his five-year-old brother in the gallery, located on the second floor of their home at Indian Walk, Princes Town, over the weekend.
Police were told that while the children were playing, little Javier somehow slipped through the barrier and fell to the ground floor.
The child was rushed for medical treatment.

Investigations are continuing.
